There is one person here.
No ticket queue, no contact form that disappears into a CRM. Write an email and the person who built the thing writes back — usually within a working day, and at the outside within three.
01Where to write
Anything about buying or using a course. Refunds are 14 days, no questions — this is the address that handles them.
Access, export, correction or deletion of your data, and anything about the terms. Handled by hand, within 30 days.
One invoice for several seats, or a DPA for procurement. Neither is a product yet; saying you need it is what moves it up the list.
02Already signed in?
There is a feedback widget in the corner of every page once you have an account. It opens a thread tied to your licence, which means the reply lands in the same place and nobody has to ask you which email you bought with. For anything about an existing purchase, it beats an email.
03Before you write
Two of these answer most of what arrives:
04Who you are contacting
A sole trader (autónomo) registered in Spain. The same details appear in the terms of use and the privacy policy, because Spanish law wants them where a customer can find them.
