# About ngguide

> A course that runs where the work does: you buy the curriculum, and the agent you already pay for does the teaching.

This is the markdown form of [https://ng.guide/about](https://ng.guide/about).

## What a course is here

A remote MCP server. You connect it to Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or Zed with one command, and your own agent does the talking from then on. The server holds what has to be held somewhere: which step you are on, what counts as done, and when something comes back for review. Every command runs on your machine at your own model rates. A course is a one-time purchase and inference is never billed through ngguide.

## How it teaches

One beat at a time. A lesson hands the agent a single command or edit, the student runs it, and the agent reads what actually happened before the next beat arrives. A course that lets the agent do the exercises has sold the student nothing, so work is handed out in pieces small enough that skipping one is visible.

## What exists today

- **Angular UI Kit** — the pilot course: a Material 3 component library for Angular, from an empty folder to a published package. [https://ng.guide/angular-ui-kit.md](https://ng.guide/angular-ui-kit.md)
- The library that course builds toward, finished and MIT-licensed, readable without buying anything: [ui.ng.guide](https://ui.ng.guide) / [github.com/ngguide/ui](https://github.com/ngguide/ui)
- Notes on Angular, at [https://ng.guide/blog](https://ng.guide/blog), and a changelog at [https://ng.guide/changelog](https://ng.guide/changelog).

## Who is behind it

Igor Katsuba, a sole trader (autónomo) registered in Spain, at Carrer Cabanyal 59, 6-11, 46120 Alboraya, Valencia, Spain. Tax id (NIF/NIE) Z3997683N. There is no team page because there is no team, and no support queue because the person who wrote the lesson is the person who answers about it.

Checkout runs on Stripe Managed Payments, which makes Stripe the merchant of record: it sells to the buyer, calculates and remits the tax on top of the listed price, and handles disputes. Buyers in countries Stripe restricts cannot complete a payment.
